📋 Description

• As a Live Session Instructor for AI Automation at Ziplines Inc., you will lead weekly interactive Zoom sessions that empower professionals to apply AI automation skills in real-world business contexts, directly supporting career advancement through hands-on learning.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating 1.5–2 hour live sessions, preparing customized materials, engaging with learners via Slack, and participating in term-end debriefs to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Ziplines Education partners with universities to deliver industry-focused certificate programs, helping thousands of professionals build in-demand digital skills with a 92% learner recommendation rate and a strong focus on outcomes, trust, and continuous learning.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI automation tools, refine your ability to teach complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and contribute to learner success by fostering confidence and practical skill development in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI automation with a strong focus on real-world business applications
• Proven ability to build, troubleshoot, and present end-to-end automation workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and NotebookLM
• Expertise in leveraging AI tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus to enhance automation and workflow design
• Experience guiding learners through complex automation challenges with clarity and confidence in Zoom-based, hands-on learning environments
• Skilled in process mapping with tools like Miro to visually design and communicate system flows and automation logic
• Ability to integrate popular business tools and platforms—including Slack, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Sheets—into automation workflows
