  • • As a Live Session Instructor for AI for Sales at Ziplines Inc., you will lead interactive, project-based Zoom sessions that empower sales professionals to apply AI tools across the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead nurturing to proposal crafting and deal scaling using agentic workflows. Your role is critical in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on application, ensuring learners gain confidence in using AI responsibly and effectively in real-world B2B sales contexts.
  • • You will facilitate weekly 2-hour live sessions, customize pre-built slide decks and materials, review learner Playbook assignments, engage in course Slack for learner support, and participate in term-end debriefs to improve the course experience. Your preparation includes reviewing on-demand content, refining activity plans, and aligning your facilitation with learner progress to deepen understanding and application of AI in sales workflows.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-powered sales enablement, refine your adult facilitation and mentoring skills, and contribute to shaping how sales teams ethically adopt AI. You’ll gain visibility as a thought leader in AI for sales, build a portfolio of real-world teaching experiences, and strengthen your ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, sales-relevant actions—all while working in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of professional B2B or similar sales experience with hands-on ownership of sales funnel processes
  • • At least 2+ years of experience using AI, automation, and AI workflows in sales (e.g., ChatGPT, Hunter, Zapier, Fireflies AI)
  • • Ability to teach prompting techniques, responsible AI use, and content-generation best practices with sales-specific examples
  • • Experience guiding learners through hands-on, scenario-based work in Zoom-based, adult-learning environments
  • • Familiarity with building AI-powered sales tools, including agentic workflows, prompt libraries, and human review checkpoints
  • • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to responsible AI use, including data privacy, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop practices
