- • The Livestock Marketing Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Precision Animal Health Livestock Marketing team, driving end-to-end marketing execution across beef and dairy portfolios by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and compliance standards. This role is critical to translating complex animal health science into compelling market-ready assets that empower sales teams and engage customers.
- • Day to day, the incumbent will act as the primary liaison with Bader Rutter and FWD agencies, managing creative workflows, timelines, and strategic alignment while overseeing Inman Creative resources for deliverable quality and brand compliance; own and manage the Livestock Marketing budget through forecasting, tracking, PO/invoice processing, and paid media optimization in coordination with finance and procurement; develop sales enablement tools such as decks, one-pagers, and FAQs by translating technical product knowledge into customer-facing messaging aligned with commercial strategy; plan and execute marketing projects from brief to distribution using Asana for task management, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination; lead Marketing Legal and Regulatory Review processes through stage gates, maintaining audit trails of feedback and approvals; and oversee earned and paid media engagements including outreach, briefing, asset readiness, and flight scheduling with agency partners.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in livestock marketing operations, strengthen cross-functional leadership without direct authority, gain mastery in regulated industries’ compliance workflows, and build a portfolio of measurable marketing impact tied to sales outcomes—positioning them for advancement into senior marketing operations or commercial leadership roles within Zoetis or the broader animal health and agriculture sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing management, preferably within animal health, agriculture, or life sciences
- • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and creative vendors
- • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets with financial rigor and accountability
- • Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, customer-facing materials
- • Experience developing sales enablement content and partnering with commercial teams
