- • As a Loan Counselor at Zippymh LLC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who are behind on their manufactured home loan payments, playing a critical role in helping them regain financial stability while upholding the company’s mission to make homeownership accessible and sustainable. Your work directly supports Zippy’s commitment to addressing the affordable housing crisis by guiding customers toward viable solutions that prevent foreclosure and promote long-term housing security.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound calls to delinquent customers with empathy and professionalism, assess their financial hardships, negotiate feasible repayment plans in compliance with company policies and regulations, accurately document all interactions in systems like OneDrive and Asana, educate customers on payment responsibilities and available resources, resolve disputes constructively, and provide regular performance updates to management to inform process improvements.
- • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven team spread across multiple U.S. states, including Dallas, Houston, Knoxville, Omaha, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and beyond, where collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for financial empowerment define the culture. 🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in collections, loan servicing, customer service, or a similar client-facing role involving financial discussions
- • Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction scores while managing sensitive conversations about debt and repayment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
- • Comfort learning and using new technologies, including Microsoft OneDrive, Asana, and proprietary loan management software
- • Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced, startup environments
