- • As a Loan Processing Supervisor at Enova International, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of a team of representatives, ensuring high productivity, quality customer experience, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
- • Your daily responsibilities include managing performance metrics, reviewing quality assurance and customer feedback, conducting one-on-one and team meetings, providing coaching and performance reviews, identifying performance trends, and assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- • You will join a values-driven fintech company that leverages AI and machine learning through its Colossus™ platform to provide accessible credit to non-prime consumers and businesses, while supporting traditional banks with innovative financial technology solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and coaching expertise, deepen your knowledge of loan operations and financial services, and drive team engagement and performance through data-informed decision-making and people management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 years of leadership experience in a related capacity
- • Experience within the financial industry and/or loan operations
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
- • Capable of remaining calm under pressure and navigating tense situations, especially during busy hours
