- • Own the full loan-sales cycle from first hello to funded loan. You will field warm inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound calls, guiding borrowers through every step of Above Lending’s transparent, low-rate personal-loan process.
- • Become a trusted financial advisor. In each conversation you will uncover a client’s debt-consolidation or cash-flow goals, educate them on loan structures, APR impact, and repayment timelines, then match them to the product that best improves their financial well-being.
- • Drive predictable revenue. You are expected to meet or exceed monthly volume and conversion targets while maintaining the highest compliance and customer-satisfaction standards. Your pipeline is managed in our CRM; daily dashboards give you real-time insight into performance.
- • Master consultative selling. You will read and adapt from detailed, legally reviewed scripts, actively listen for objections, and pivot with empathy and data to turn hesitation into commitment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally. When a client uploads documents or hits a verification snag, you loop in the underwriting and verification teams instantly, ensuring the borrower never feels abandoned and the loan closes fast.
- • Work a consistent 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. CT schedule from any quiet, professional home office. You will self-manage your calendar, call blocks, and follow-up cadences without the need for micromanagement.
- • Leverage technology like a pro. You will guide clients through uploading pay stubs, e-signing disclosures, and troubleshooting browser or mobile issues—turning tech friction into a seamless digital experience.
- • Maintain bullet-proof compliance. Every call is recorded; every disclosure is read verbatim. You will stay current on federal and state lending regulations, TCPA, and UDAAP guidelines, protecting both the client and the company.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement. You will surface trends from the frontline—common objections, product gaps, competitive intel—to help marketing, product, and compliance refine offers and scripts.
