- • The Localization Quality and Operations Lead will own the strategy and execution of localization quality across Tools for Humanity, ensuring high-caliber, consistent experiences in global markets as the company scales its human-verification network.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and scaling localization processes, managing end-to-end delivery for priority launches, overseeing vendor performance and budgets, embedding quality assurance into release workflows, and advocating for localization as a critical function across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, Comms, and Legal teams.
- • The team operates within Central Operations, which ensures the World project scales reliably in the field by driving quality, compliance, and user trust through close collaboration with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Comms, Logistics, and Operations.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in scaling localization systems in a high-growth, global tech environment, gain influence over cross-functional release readiness, and directly impact user trust, regulatory compliance, and the speed of international product launches.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8+ years of client-side localization experience managing multiple languages, content types, and frequent release cycles in a fast-paced, global environment
- • Proven experience building and scaling localization quality processes and driving cross-functional alignment
- • Strong experience managing vendors, freelance linguists, and AI/machine-translation workflows while balancing quality, speed, and cost
