📋 Description
- • Manage commercial aspects of robotics projects from initial order placement through to final delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end workflow execution.
- • Support procurement of components and materials by coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate supplier records.
- • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of critical components, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
- • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including preparatory accounting tasks, master data management, and documentation accuracy.
- • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams regarding logistics, ordering, and material availability to support engineering and production workflows.
- • Ensure all commercial processes are documented, standardized, and continuously improved to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to align commercial timelines with project milestones and delivery expectations.
- • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and internal approvals in alignment with company financial protocols.
- • Proactively identify bottlenecks in logistics or administrative workflows and propose actionable solutions to improve turnaround times.
- • Handle correspondence with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or billing.
- • Prepare and update operational reports related to inventory status, procurement spend, and order fulfillment metrics.
- • Support onboarding of new vendors by collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
- • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate cost allocation across projects.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and process integrity.
- • Contribute to the development of internal tools and templates to streamline administrative and logistical tasks.
- • Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive commercial and operational information.
- • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align logistics operations with broader company goals and product development cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration
- • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role
- • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- • Business-level fluency in German and English
- • Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle both small and complex tasks
- • Motivation and willingness to learn, even without prior robotics industry experience
