📋 Description

• The Loss Draft Specialist plays a critical role in guiding customers through the property damage claims process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of claim documentation to help policyholders recover after a loss.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with homeowners, adjusters, mortgage companies, and other parties to address inquiries, review claim information, process claim checks, and resolve issues in accordance with company policies.
• Assurant is a Fortune 500 global business services company operating in 21 countries, specializing in insurance and protection solutions for major consumer purchases, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer experience.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in claims processing, customer service, and insurance operations while building strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making based on standard procedures
• Good oral and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
