- • The LTSS & Dual Eligible Program Report Developer IV is a senior-level role focused on leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making in healthcare, specifically within the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Dual Eligible populations. This position transforms complex data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance by developing scalable reporting solutions and interactive dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- • The role is critical to CareSource’s mission of enhancing care delivery for vulnerable populations through data-driven innovation, requiring deep collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs related to patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance; creating ETL solutions for automated data refreshes; translating business requirements into technical specifications; performing complex statistical and trend analysis; identifying process improvement opportunities; ensuring data accuracy and integrity through governance practices; building scalable database solutions; leading cross-functional data transformation projects; mentoring junior team members; enforcing coding standards; and presenting findings in executive-ready formats to influence key business decisions.
- • The Analytics & Reporting team at CareSource operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology, supporting evidence-based decision-making across departments. - • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in healthcare analytics, particularly in LTSS and Dual Eligible program metrics; gain leadership experience in guiding complex, enterprise-wide data initiatives; strengthen stakeholder management and influence skills; master advanced BI and ETL technologies; and contribute directly to process optimization and cost-saving initiatives that impact thousands of members, positioning them as a trusted advisor in healthcare data strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant work experience)
- • Five (5) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and Power BI
- • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable reporting solutions
- • Experience with data modeling, dashboard development, and process optimization in a healthcare or LTSS/Dual Eligible context preferred
