- • The M&A Specialist - AI Trainer role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated content related to mergers and acquisitions to ensure it reflects authentic industry practice and robust commercial logic, helping shape how AI understands and applies M&A expertise at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs on deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management; drafting realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios from multiple perspectives; and identifying logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated content.
- • 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models, operating as a remote-first organization that leverages specialized expertise to improve AI systems in niche domains like M&A.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI training processes, enhance your ability to critique complex financial and strategic scenarios, and contribute directly to the development of more reliable and context-aware AI systems in the M&A space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, corporate development leader, or similar professional background
- • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- • Several years of hands-on M&A experience including deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration
- • Adept at identifying logical gaps, flawed assumptions, or unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios
- • Comfortable working independently and providing clear, actionable feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability
