- • Serve as the primary point of contact for Harvey’s largest enterprise customers, including elite law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and premier asset managers, providing a prescriptive and consultative approach to customer success.
- • Lead the strategic implementation of Harvey’s AI platform into clients’ daily workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization of enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- • Proactively monitor and manage customer health by tracking key performance indicators, identifying at-risk accounts, and initiating interventions to drive retention and long-term value realization.
- • Design and deliver training programs and enablement sessions for end users, collaborating with Legal Product Specialists to embed Harvey as a daily necessity in legal and professional workflows.
- • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, facilitating stakeholder engagement to transform customers into advocates and champions of Harvey within their organizations.
- • Act as a trusted advisor by providing industry-specific insights and strategic guidance tailored to legal and professional services environments.
- • Collect, synthesize, and relay customer feedback and product usage data to internal Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to inform roadmap prioritization and service improvements.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients on-site, conduct workshops, and support key implementation milestones.
- • Own end-to-end customer success outcomes for assigned accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Harvey’s value proposition.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention metrics.
- • Develop and refine best-in-class customer success playbooks, processes, and scaling frameworks as Harvey’s Customer Success program evolves rapidly.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Harvey’s AI capabilities, legal industry workflows, and enterprise SaaS dynamics to provide authoritative, context-rich guidance to clients.
- • Demonstrate a results-driven mindset by ruthlessly prioritizing competing demands, managing high-volume client portfolios, and delivering measurable outcomes under pressure.
- • Foster a collaborative, team-first culture by actively supporting peers, sharing insights, and contributing to the collective growth of the Customer Success organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Background in management consulting or technology advisory at a top-tier management consulting firm, or strategic customer success/account management experience in an Enterprise SaaS or legal (big law, in-house, or corporate legal) environment
- • History and comfort conducting change management and wide-scale adoption initiatives for large technology projects
- • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- • Results-driven mindset with ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and manage demanding enterprise clients
- • Strong commitment to collaboration and proactive teamwork with a team-first mentality
