- • The Malay Language QA Tester role is critical to ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance in AI training data and language models, directly supporting Centific’s mission to deliver safe, scalable, and high-quality GenAI solutions for enterprise clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include testing web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS for linguistic correctness, identifying and prioritizing language-specific issues, documenting bugs with clear reproduction steps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using test cases, test scripts, and bug tracking systems.
- • Centific is a frontier AI data foundry with over 150 PhDs, 4,000 AI practitioners, and a global network of 1.8 million vertical domain experts across 230 markets, specializing in multilingual datasets, fine-tuned LLMs, and RAG pipelines to empower the Magnificent Seven and enterprise clients with cutting-edge, cost-efficient AI deployment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in linguistic QA for AI systems, gain hands-on experience with advanced language testing workflows in GenAI pipelines, and contribute to reducing AI deployment costs by up to 80% while accelerating time-to-market by 50% through precision language validation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level fluency in Malay language (grammar, vocabulary, composition, punctuation)
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • Experience working in translation
- • Tech savvy with experience testing web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS
- • Experience working with test cases and test scripts
- • Experience with bug tracking systems
- • Ability to prioritize linguistic issues and distinguish between must-fix and nice-to-have
- • Ability to clearly articulate reproduction steps and communicate critical information
