📋 Description

• As a Mam-English Phone Interpreter, you will provide real-time spoken interpretation between Mam and English speakers, breaking communication barriers in critical sectors such as healthcare, government, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding promptly to interpreting sessions, rendering accurate meanings without omissions or additions, maintaining professionalism during high-stress calls (including 911 and medical emergencies), and adhering to industry-specific protocols across finance, insurance, and legal settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Mam and English with understanding of cultural dynamics
• Ability to remain neutral, objective, and calm during sensitive or high-stress calls
• High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Dedicated device (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, iPadOS, Android) and high-speed internet (5 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up)
• Access to a quiet, secure workspace free from background noise or distraction
