  • • Own the end-to-end coordination of ACORE’s flagship entrepreneur-support initiative, Accelerate, ensuring that 50+ revenue-generating clean-energy founders receive seamless, high-touch programming that propels their companies to the next level.
  • • Plan and execute a dynamic calendar of virtual and in-person convenings—ranging from policy roundtables to investor pitch sessions—by co-developing agendas, run-of-show documents, speaker briefs, and post-event summaries that keep stakeholders informed and energized.
  • • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for our national founder network, fielding questions, tracking milestones, and orchestrating warm introductions to investors, corporate partners, and technical experts so that every entrepreneur feels seen, supported, and strategically connected.
  • • Provide on-the-ground, white-glove event support at marquee gatherings such as the ACORE Policy Forum Anniversary, ensuring flawless logistics, real-time troubleshooting, and an experience that leaves founders and sponsors eager to return.
  • • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of founder needs, sector trends, and impact metrics, translating raw data into actionable insights that guide program evolution and demonstrate ROI to philanthropic funders and corporate sponsors.
  • • Collaborate with the Communications team to craft compelling founder spotlights, session recaps, and impact stories that showcase breakthrough technologies and amplify the voices of underrepresented entrepreneurs across clean energy and sustainability.

  • • Travel up to 20 % of the year to regional convenings, partner offices, and industry conferences, representing ACORE with professionalism and enthusiasm while gathering market intelligence that feeds back into program design.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of the role—from speaker lineups to data collection—ensuring that Accelerate reflects the full spectrum of communities most affected by climate change and most capable of driving solutions.
  • • Embrace a growth mindset by participating in ACORE’s educational assistance program, attending sector webinars, and sharing fresh learnings with teammates so that the collective expertise of the organization continuously levels up.
