- • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers in Brex’s commercial segment, driving net revenue retention, renewal success, and expansion opportunities through strategic account planning and value-based selling.
- • Own the strategic direction for your segment, including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional alignment with Product, RevOps, Legal, and Marketing to ensure predictable revenue outcomes and customer health.
- • Coach Account Managers to deeply understand customer financial workflows, engage CFOs and finance stakeholders, and translate insights into measurable business value that drives adoption of the Brex financial stack.
- • Serve as an escalation point for complex commercial situations, balancing customer value, revenue impact, and risk while advocating for customer insights that influence product direction and improve the overall experience.
- • Work in a hybrid environment in Vancouver with three required in-office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and up to four weeks of fully remote work annually, supported by Brex’s commitment to growth, inclusion, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing teams in a Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environment
- • Experience leading teams that manage a book of business with ownership over account health, executive relationships, renewals, and expansion
- • Fluency in modern finance and financial technology, including experience with ERPs, spend management platforms, or AP automation tools
- • Strong business acumen with the ability to coach teams on engaging CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A stakeholders
- • Ability to analyze product usage data and performance trends and drive action through team execution or process improvement
- • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally and influencing internal teams based on customer insights
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
