- • As an ACO Operations Manager at Pearl Health, you will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on Medicare ACO programs, driving operational excellence for provider partners across value-based care initiatives.
- • You will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize ACO performance, oversee CMS submission processes, represent Pearl Health in federal and external engagements, develop patient- and provider-facing programs, and analyze performance data to deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- • Pearl Health empowers primary care providers and health systems to succeed in value-based care through technology, financial tools, and expert services, partnering with thousands of providers across 44 states to improve Medicare patient outcomes and lower costs.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Medicare ACO programs (ACO REACH, MSSP, Medicare Advantage), strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, and directly impact provider success and healthcare system sustainability through data-driven strategy and operational innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, value-based care program management, or regulatory compliance
- • Understanding of the healthcare industry with emphasis on Medicare programs (ACO REACH, MSSP, Medicare Advantage)
- • Experience interpreting clinical quality data and financial performance metrics to develop actionable recommendations
- • Strong project leadership capabilities with ability to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional execution
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- • Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
