- • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three responsible for enterprise-wide AI adoption, setting strategy, priorities, and success metrics for the AI Adoption pillar.
- • Own and execute the enterprise AI education program, including AI Foundations, Responsible AI Governance training, and role-based curricula delivered via the Learning Management System (LMS) to build baseline fluency across the organization.
- • Design and manage cohort-based, 30-day activation sprints to drive structured, scalable rollout of AI tools across departments and functions, using ServiceNow for certification tracking.
- • Lead the enterprise Copilot enablement program, converting Microsoft 365 licenses into sustained daily usage by creating accessible, repeatable pathways for adoption across thousands of users.
- • Build, recruit, enable, and sustain a distributed Champions Collective of peer advocates in every function and region to amplify adoption reach beyond the central team’s capacity.
- • Curate and maintain always-available, scaled self-service enablement resources including guides, prompts, playbooks, on-demand learning, and in-flow support to reduce dependency on human assistance.
- • Define, track, and analyze adoption metrics including activation rates, certification completion, and sustained usage to prioritize efforts and route high-potential opportunities to the Navigators team for embedded support.
- • Partner with the Platforms team to align enablement initiatives with platform capabilities, governance frameworks, and the AI tool catalog, and specify requirements for AI-powered self-service assistants.
- • Translate responsible AI principles and governance policies into accessible, role-relevant learning materials for a broad, non-technical workforce.
- • Maintain awareness of evolving AI capabilities, particularly the shift toward agentic systems, and proactively develop enablement strategies for delegation, supervision, and trust in AI agents.
- • Communicate the value of AI adoption across all functions and regions through influence and storytelling, creating organic pull without relying on mandates.
- • Set and manage the operating rhythm of the Adoption team, including planning, prioritization, and reporting of adoption outcomes to senior leadership.
- • Continuously refine the cohort-based activation playbook as the rollout scales across global functions and regions.
- • Travel 15–25% to engage with Champions, deliver enablement sessions, and build stakeholder relationships across Vantage’s global footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7–10 years of overall work experience, with 4+ years in change management, learning and development, employee enablement, or technology adoption within a large or global enterprise
- • Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including direct management, coaching, and development of a team responsible for program delivery
- • Proven track record designing and running enterprise-scale enablement, training, or adoption programs that moved measurable usage, fluency, or behavior across thousands of users
- • Direct experience driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms, from license provisioning through to sustained daily habit
- • Strong command of one-to-many, programmatic operating models, including cohort-based rollouts, certification rails, Champions or ambassador networks, and LMS-delivered curricula
- • Practical fluency in generative AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use principles, sufficient to build literacy and governance understanding across a broad, non-technical population
