📋 Description

• Lead the AI platform and customer experience strategy for Jerry.ai, a super app automating car ownership in a $2T market, where you will drive end-to-end development of LLM-powered systems that already handle over 50k chats monthly and >70% of inbound sales and service requests.
• Partner with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI systems, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy while serving as the technical translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish AI best practices and platform standards.
• Collaborate with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation, pioneering new model capabilities and integrating Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App to push the frontier of applied AI in consumer products.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization of AI agent performance using SQL and analytics to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Build and scale a sophisticated AI platform that redefines an entire industry by combining human-in-the-loop feedback, computer-use agents, and modern LLM systems to create seamless, automated experiences for millions of car owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and hands-on experience building custom AI workflows
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in API design and system architecture while leading by example in implementing AI platform standards
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
