- • Facilitate structured intake conversations to help business teams translate operational challenges into clearly defined AI opportunity statements for enterprise-wide evaluation.
- • Support the evaluation of AI opportunities across Enable, Augment, and Transform pathways, ensuring stakeholders understand tradeoffs related to complexity, maturity, and coordination requirements.
- • Prioritize and frame discussions around AI initiatives by identifying value drivers, dependencies, and cross-team synergies to align with enterprise strategic themes.
- • Coordinate AI demand with internal and external execution teams to ensure scope, resources, and capacity are clearly understood and appropriately allocated.
- • Define desired outcomes and success criteria for AI initiatives, including measurable KPIs and ROI metrics to guide decision-making and performance tracking.
- • Ensure all AI-related opportunities align with enterprise priorities, governance standards, and Responsible AI practices.
- • Educate business leaders on available enterprise AI tools, embedded AI capabilities in existing platforms, vendor solutions, and reusable enterprise capabilities.
- • Guide stakeholders in making informed decisions about when and how to apply AI responsibly, without engaging in solution development or engineering tasks.
- • Work cross-functionally with business and technology teams, including senior leadership and stakeholders, to bridge gaps between strategic intent and operational execution.
- • Structure ambiguous business problems into actionable AI use cases that can be systematically assessed and prioritized.
- • Supervise and manage third-party capacity partners and vendors involved in AI initiative delivery.
- • Maintain strong written and verbal communication to articulate AI value propositions, risks, and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- • Apply knowledge of AI Operations to coordinate efforts with technical experts while remaining focused on business engagement and demand management.
- • Leverage experience in product design and implementation to enhance the alignment of AI initiatives with user needs and business outcomes.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI intake and prioritization framework within the Enterprise AI Office.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Strategy, Data Analytics or related field
- • 6+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or transformation
- • Experience implementing enterprise, production-level AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- • Experience working cross-functionally across business and technology teams, specifically with Senior leadership and stakeholders
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
