• • The Manager, Application & Software Engineering leads software engineering teams to ensure the application environment supports required business capabilities and delivers robust technical infrastructure and software applications used by business units.
• • Day to day, the manager coaches teams on problem resolution, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, translates technical concepts into business language, sets project schedules in agile environments, develops policies and standards, conducts performance management, and advocates for the team by eliminating barriers and driving continuous improvement.
