- • Lead a team of engineers in building, automating, and securing Azure Cloud services to accelerate Allstate’s transition to public cloud infrastructure.
- • Oversee the design, development, and operation of cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, security strategies, and compliance requirements.
- • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize backlogs, shape infrastructure roadmaps, and remove obstacles to team productivity.
- • Champion engineering best practices including infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM), immutable infrastructure, extreme programming (XP), and product mindset across distributed teams.
- • Drive innovation by defining and delivering new "as-a-service" products and evaluating open source and commercial technologies based on industry trends.
- • Mentor engineers across teams, facilitate cross-timezone collaboration, and maintain high performance under pressure to meet aggressive delivery targets.
- • Allstate’s Cloud Engineering group ensures cloud services are seamless and secure across the enterprise, supporting the company’s mission to protect families through technological innovation.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in cloud architecture, team management, and enterprise-scale Azure deployments while contributing to a purpose-driven organization with over 90 years of customer protection legacy.
