Manager, BSA/AML and Sanctions Governance & Program Enablement

📋 Description

• • The Manager, BSA/AML and Sanctions Governance & Program Enablement is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the foundational elements of Pathward’s BSA/AML and Sanctions program, including governance, policies and procedures, training enablement, and audit and regulatory exam preparedness. This role ensures program standards are current, consistently implemented, and supported by clear documentation, effective training, and coordinated issue management.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the lifecycle management of BSA/AML operational policies and procedures, coordinating training content deployment with Learning & Development, managing audit and regulatory exam coordination and response tracking, and serving as a central point of coordination across Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Assurance teams to support a sustainable, examiner‑ready program.

• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in BSA/AML governance, regulatory exam preparedness, and cross-functional program coordination. They will gain experience in translating regulatory requirements into practical operational standards, managing audit and validation processes, and driving continuous improvement through issue tracking and remediation. Success is measured by up-to-date policies, timely audit responses, effective training programs, and reduced repeat findings.
