📋 Description

• • The Manager, Client Operations leads and develops a team of 5-10 Client Operations Specialists who support field sales with price quoting, order placement, client service, and issue resolution, directly enabling account managers to focus on selling and contributing to area gross margin objectives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing, directing, and motivating the team; setting and monitoring quarterly goals; troubleshooting complex quote/order scenarios; acting as an escalation path for regional directors; load balancing workloads; developing and executing advanced reporting on quote/order accuracy, SLA attainment, and transactional volume; creating and maintaining training documentation; conducting formal and informal performance reviews; building scalable workflows; managing month/quarter-end activities; fostering team lead growth; and participating in cross-functional Optiv initiatives.
