📋 Description

• • Manages charge capture operations to ensure compliance and maximize revenue for hospital-based services in orthopedic surgery.
• • Supervises Coding Coordinators, conducts physician audits, develops educational materials, and ensures staff training on coding and documentation standards.
• • Acts as compliance liaison with the WU Office of Physician Billing Compliance, monitoring claims, managing write-offs, and enforcing departmental and OPBC guidelines.
• • Stays current with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO regulations and communicates billing policies to promote efficient revenue cycle processes.
• • Works in a remote, office-based environment supporting Washington University’s mission of excellence in healthcare compliance and financial integrity.
