- • Client-Centric Partnership:
- • Lead and mentor a team dedicated to hands-on, keyboard-level execution of marketplace advertising campaigns across multiple retail channels, with a strong emphasis on Amazon and Walmart.
- • Drive campaigns to exceed client objectives related to conversion, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall profitability, stepping in directly to manage client engagements when necessary.
- • Provide strategic advisory services, delivering advanced, channel-specific insights and actionable recommendations to enhance client satisfaction, foster growth, and ensure long-term retention.
- • Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact for their retail media initiatives.
- • Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and ensuring clear alignment with client goals and the dynamic nature of commerce media.
- • Support seamless client onboarding and transitions, leveraging deep channel expertise and effective prioritization skills across multiple complex projects.

- • Act as a champion for product improvement by proactively identifying and translating technical channel needs, operational pain points, and workflow inefficiencies into actionable feedback for the product development team.
- • Data & Measurement Driven:
- • Analyze complex commerce datasets using advanced analytics tools to extract key insights and identify high-impact areas for strategic improvement.
- • Develop and present compelling, data-driven strategic recommendations to clients, clearly articulating the rationale and expected outcomes.
- • Monitor campaign performance rigorously, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client objectives.
- • Employ sophisticated methodologies, including A/B testing, incrementality studies, and statistical analyses, to evaluate performance, refine strategies, and measure results accurately.

- • Execute advanced strategies within your primary channel of expertise while actively engaging in cross-training to expand expertise into additional channels.
