  • • As Manager, Commercial Technical Success at New Relic, you will lead the Commercial Technical Success Management (TSM) team across EMEA and APAC regions, taking direct ownership of the strategy for the 0–$100k ACR segment to ensure hundreds of growing businesses achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success with the observability platform.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and grow regional hubs, implement AI and automation tools to accelerate product adoption and mitigate churn, partner with Commercial Sales leadership to align technical success with business goals, serve as the escalation point for complex account issues, mentor and develop a high-performing team of TSMs, and contribute to organizational thought leadership on customer experience transformation.
