- • As a Manager, Compliance Operations at Circle, you will lead the day-to-day management and operation of the Compliance Operations team, ensuring the integrity and scalability of Circle’s global compliance framework for digital assets and blockchain-based financial products.
- • You will oversee KYC, onboarding, customer risk rating, periodic reviews, sanctions screening, investigation workflows, and transaction monitoring across multiple Circle entities and jurisdictions, while driving process improvements through automation, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling compliance operations in fast-evolving FinTech and crypto environments, gain deep experience with AI-enhanced compliance tooling, and drive operational excellence that supports Circle’s mission of trusted, internet-scale financial innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporate customers, including designing, managing, and implementing scalable KYC processes and governance frameworks
- • 1+ years of experience managing teams of analysts, driving performance, quality, and operational excellence
- • 2+ years of relevant crypto experience
- • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools within compliance or KYC workflows, with the ability to implement responsible AI-driven enhancements while maintaining regulatory defensibility and strong internal controls
- • Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative, technical, or data-oriented degree preferred
- • CAMS, CFCS, CFE, or similar certification preferred
