  • • Architect and lead a regional team of strategic advisors transitioning from traditional implementation to an AI-native advisory model, prioritizing strategic work, stakeholder alignment, and AI competencies.
  • • Interview, hire, and develop consultants with expertise in AI-driven professional services, focusing on adoption-focused mindsets and value-driven outcomes.
  • • Coach team members to embrace daily experimentation with AI solutions, adapt delivery methodologies, and maintain relentless focus on measurable customer value.
  • • Partner proactively with Sales and other Go-To-Market leaders to drive regional services bookings, train partners to sell the team’s AI advisory expertise, and support strategic account expansion.
  • • Engage directly with customers to understand evolving needs, translate insights into new service offerings, train the team on delivery, maintain a billable target for strategic projects, and serve as first-line escalation point for critical customer issues.
  • • Assume full accountability for team fiscal health, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded, maintaining accurate data in PSA tools, and providing transparent performance visibility to all team members.
  • • Operationalize the shift to an AI-Native Professional Services model by modernizing tools, processes, and delivery frameworks to elevate team focus toward higher-value strategic activities.
  • • Translate company objectives and industry trends into clear, actionable priorities for the team, ensuring alignment with evolving business and market dynamics.
  • • Partner with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to balance workloads by matching consultant skills and capacity to project opportunities, optimizing utilization and development.
  • • Lead with high emotional intelligence in a transparent, win-as-one culture, demonstrating resilience during rapid change while keeping customer success as the core focus.
  • • Travel up to 40% periodically to meet customer and business needs, engaging in on-site client interactions and team alignment activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services with a proven track record of navigating business pivots or disruptive technology shifts.
  • • 2+ years leading high-performing teams of individual contributors in a formal people leadership or project management capacity.
  • • Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in a SaaS Professional Services environment with team lead or people management responsibilities.
  • • Proven ability to formulate positions on industry trends and anticipate how AI will impact customer needs.
  • • High emotional intelligence and demonstrated change leadership skills.
  • • Excellent client management skills with experience working in both pre- and post-sales environments.
