- • As Manager, Creative Services at Firework Technologies, Inc., you will lead the India-based creative team to produce next-generation, AI-powered video commerce content for global brand and retail partners, playing a pivotal role in shaping immersive shopping experiences that drive measurable commerce outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will hire, coach, and develop a team of creative technologists and AI livestream specialists; set standards for quality and prompt craft; oversee the day-to-day operations of a creative pod blending traditional production with generative AI tooling (video, image, voice, copy); and collaborate with clients, sales, and global creative leadership to translate brand goals into scalable, personalized video commerce content.

- • Experience leading and developing creative teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
