- • Manager, CRM at Interview Kickstart Inc. is responsible for designing and executing targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging third-party data enrichment to improve profile accuracy and generate high-quality leads from cold databases, ensuring seamless integration with the CRM system; conducting A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis; creating engaging email and WhatsApp content and design templates; analyzing campaign performance metrics using tools like HubSpot to provide insights and recommendations; driving creative excellence to uplift campaign performance; monitoring industry trends and best practices to refine email marketing efforts; and monitoring and reporting on email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • 7+ years of experience in CRM management or related fields with a strong track record of managing CRM systems
- • Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive cold outreach, lead acquisition, and customer engagement in B2B/B2C setups
- • Deep understanding of CRM software and tools, with preference for Salesforce or similar platforms
- • Exceptional analytical skills with strong ability to interpret data and market trends
- • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting strategic insights to stakeholders effectively
