- • Manage a team of installation technicians responsible for deploying BRINC's Drone as a First Responder (DFR) program at customer sites nationwide, ensuring timely and mission-critical hardware and software installations.
- • Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, workflow optimization, and performance management to maintain high team productivity and installation quality.
- • Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company redefining public safety through drone technology, serving over 600 agencies across the U.S. with life-saving solutions.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in drone systems, field operations, and customer success while contributing to product improvements through frontline feedback and collaboration with engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in project, operations, or resource management; 4+ years managing people in a fast-paced environment
- • Working knowledge of electronics, low/high voltage wiring, hardware assembly and troubleshooting; familiarity with MacOS, Windows, or Linux; basic networking aptitude
- • Ability to assemble and disassemble products following installation guidelines and manuals
- • Comfortable and able to safely work at heights (ladders, rooftops, structures), lift and carry heavy objects, and operate in varying weather conditions
- • Ability to travel 50% of the time; reside within 1.5 hours from a major airport
- • Must possess a valid US driver's license and FAA 107 sUAS Certification
