- • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategy for the Omnipod brand across regional and local European markets, with a primary objective to build and scale the European business and achieve consistent double-digit topline growth.
- • Drive impactful, insight-driven marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, foster consumer engagement, and achieve strategic growth targets.
- • Translate market insights, consumer trends, digital behavior, patient pathways, and competitive dynamics into actionable marketing plans and tactics, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.
- • Define and refine target customer segments, develop compelling value propositions, and establish strong competitive positioning for the Omnipod brand within the European landscape.
- • Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated DTC marketing programs designed to move consumers through the marketing funnel, from awareness and interest to consideration and conversion.
- • Develop and implement integrated commercial launch assets and strategies, including core marketing plans, tactical execution, key performance indicators (KPIs), budget allocation, and timelines.
- • Ensure a channel-agnostic, consumer-centric approach to all go-to-market activities, prioritizing the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- • Spearhead the management and optimization of the consumer-facing digital channels for the DACH region, encompassing the brand website, dedicated landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- • Drive performance marketing initiatives across paid social media, search engine advertising (SEA), display advertising, and programmatic channels to maximize reach and conversion.
- • Implement a continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and performance monitoring to enhance user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
- • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards to meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decision-making and optimized channel investment.
- • Collaborate closely with Public Relations (PR) and media teams, contributing to storytelling, drafting press releases, and managing media engagement to amplify brand messaging.
- • Manage external PR and media agencies, providing clear briefs, overseeing execution, evaluating performance against KPIs, and controlling budget adherence.
- • Ensure consistent, integrated, and impactful communication across all marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and message clarity.
- • Develop structured, insight-driven social media content plans that align with overarching brand objectives and resonate with consumer needs and interests.
- • Oversee community management efforts in close collaboration with international counterparts, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among Omnipod users.
- • Localize and adapt consumer engagement programs to suit regional nuances, and develop advocacy-oriented activities such as community events and strategic partnerships to build brand loyalty and word-of-mouth marketing.
- • Design and execute targeted demand-generation activities specifically to support the growth and adoption of the Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems category.
- • Ensure strict compliance across all DTC activities, adhering to all legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements and guidelines.
- • Manage content submission and approval workflows using systems like Veeva, ensuring meticulous version control, comprehensive documentation, and audit-readiness for all marketing materials.
- • Foster strong collaboration and alignment across regional, international, and global functions and teams, ensuring a unified approach to marketing strategy and execution.
- • Oversee regional DTC marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimized spending to maximize return on investment.
- • Analyze market needs and anticipate future trends by staying abreast of consumer behavior, digital engagement patterns, and competitive landscapes.
- • Build a deep understanding and knowledge base of the DACH region's specific market dynamics and local healthcare environment to inform strategic decisions.
- • Act as an internal champion for DTC marketing, sharing best practices and insights across the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
