- • The Manager, Email & SMS role at Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. is responsible for the end-to-end execution, programming, and optimization of email and SMS channels to drive engagement, traffic, and revenue growth while ensuring compliance and platform health.
- • Day-to-day duties include building and managing email campaigns and automations, developing dynamic content using HTML and ESP-native tools, creating audience segmentation logic, owning channel lifecycle development, managing deliverability and compliance, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, Analytics, Legal, and Customer Care teams.
- • Tanger is a premier owner and operator of outlet and open-air shopping centers with over four decades of innovation in retail experience, guided by values of integrity, inclusion, and innovation, and committed to fostering an environment where employees are welcomed, respected, and able to thrive.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in email and SMS marketing, lifecycle automation, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional leadership, while contributing to scalable customer communications that support business growth and gaining experience with enterprise ESPs and SMS platforms in a remote, flexible work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- • 3-5 years of related experience in email and/or SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital channel management
- • Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level ESPs and SMS platforms (e.g., Campaigner, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Cordial, Vibes, etc.)
- • Demonstrated experience with segmentation, automations, testing, and performance optimization
