- • As Manager, Employee Relations at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will serve as a critical extension of clients’ HR teams, navigating and advising on global employment compliance with speed, expertise, and precision across 80+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients delivering HR and advisory support, lead and manage a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, oversee voluntary and involuntary terminations across multiple countries, guide the team in delivering first-level employee relations support, and personally manage complex employee lifecycle cases to ensure best-in-class service.
- • You will join the Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions team within Remote’s Lifecycle Operations team, a globally distributed, async-first organization committed to innovation, care, intensity, transparency, and excellence, with team members spanning six continents.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR practices, employment law, and progressive discipline; develop leadership and coaching skills managing a culturally diverse team; influence senior stakeholders and clients; and contribute to shaping the future of work by integrating technology and elevating HR standards worldwide.
