- • As Manager of Employee Relations at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a critical extension of clients’ HR teams, navigating global employment compliance with speed, expertise, and precision while elevating HR practices through technology and customer-centric innovation across 80+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients delivering HR and advisory support, lead and coach a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, oversee voluntary and involuntary terminations globally, manage complex employee relations cases, and partner with Operations teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- • You will join the Lifecycle Operations team at Remote, a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across 6 continents, driven by core values of Care, Innovation, Intensity, Transparency, and Excellence, and committed to building a best-in-class HR platform through diverse talent and asynchronous work.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and expertise in global HR practices, employment law, and employee relations, gain experience managing culturally diverse teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements that enhance customer journeys and operational capacity while advancing your career in a mission-driven, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Human Resources, Operations, and/or Employee Relations roles with proven experience as a People Manager.
- • Advanced expertise in HR aspects including business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and a thorough understanding of local employment laws across multiple countries.
- • Demonstrated experience managing complex involuntary employee exits and employee relations matters, including progressive discipline, workplace investigations, and coordination of ER resources.
- • Proven success in leadership, team engagement, and goal delivery through effective communication, influencing, and relationship-building across culturally diverse, distributed teams.
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, analytical, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- • Consistently exhibits high levels of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality aligned with Remote’s core values.
