- • As Manager, Employee Relations at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a critical extension of clients’ HR teams, navigating global employment compliance with speed, expertise, and precision while elevating HR practices through technology and customer experience innovation across 80+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients delivering legal, HR, and advisory support; lead and manage a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists through coaching and mentorship; oversee voluntary and involuntary terminations across multiple countries, including complex and sensitive cases; guide the team in delivering first-level employee relations support; and personally manage complex employee lifecycle cases to ensure best-in-class service.
- • You will join the Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions team within Remote’s Lifecycle Operations, a globally distributed, asynchronous team spanning 6 continents, committed to building a best-in-class HR platform through innovation, care, intensity, transparency, and excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR practices, employment law, and progressive discipline; strengthen leadership and influencing skills across culturally diverse teams; drive strategic initiatives from complex business and cultural issues; and grow as a people manager while contributing to the future of work through compliant, scalable global employment solutions.
