📋 Description

• • Manager of Engineering role leading and growing the software engineering team for Sphera’s Corporate Sustainability product area, combining technical leadership with people management in a hands-on player-coach position.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and developing engineers, contributing to the codebase in .NET/C# or Node.js, partnering with Product Management on delivery, coaching team members, improving engineering processes, and acting as the primary technical voice for the team.
