- • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Aspire, a ServiceTitan company, you will drive growth by selling business applications software and services to enterprise-level landscape and janitorial customers, playing a key role in the company’s expansion strategy.
- • You will manage a geographical territory, meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain an accurate sales pipeline through forecasting and CRM tracking, and consistently record all prospect interactions.
- • You will develop and present value propositions, negotiate contracts, respond promptly to clients, prospect key accounts, build stakeholder relationships, and occasionally attend industry tradeshows to generate leads, with travel as needed.
- • Aspire, recently acquired by ServiceTitan, is a fast-growing SaaS provider for commercial landscaping, snow and ice removal, and janitorial businesses, known for its award-winning culture and tight-knit, collaborative team based in St. Louis.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of SaaS and ERP solutions in the trades industry, and grow your leadership potential through mentorship, training programs, and career development opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- • Experience in SaaS or ERP sales is highly preferred
- • Solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Previous experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative is highly preferred
- • Experience in the landscaping or trades industry is highly preferred
