- • Manager of Enterprise Architecture leading the evolution and execution of enterprise-wide architecture strategy at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, guiding long-term technology roadmaps and ensuring alignment between business strategy, architecture standards, and technology delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of Enterprise Architects, collaborating across matrixed environments to synthesize requirements, influencing technology investment and product decisions, defining EA maturity roadmaps, ensuring solution compliance with architecture standards, and developing business-relevant metrics to measure architecture program efficiency.
- • The team operates within a matrixed structure at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, partnering with technology, product, and business leaders to shape platform design and governance across the enterprise while balancing innovation, risk management, and operational excellence.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and mentoring skills by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning, advance expertise in enterprise architecture governance and maturity models, and strengthen strategic influence in guiding investment decisions and solution design across healthcare technology initiatives.
