• • The Manager, Financial Operations leads and develops a team responsible for processing financial transactions such as payments, transfers, and receivables, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies while supporting departmental goals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff workflow, assessing training needs, monitoring productivity through reporting, resolving escalated member account issues, coordinating process documentation, and representing the department in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
