As a key member of our Product & Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and operational efficiency of our global inventory.
- • Your primary mission will be to provide critical financial support and analytical insights to our Supply Chain cross-functional business partners, regional leaders, and finance colleagues. You will be at the forefront of optimizing and scaling our operations to meet the demands of a rapidly growing global brand. This involves enhancing the visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reporting, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made at every level of the organization.
- • You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and a diverse range of internal stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in driving brand performance, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies, and providing robust financial guidance. A significant focus of your role will be on enhancing the financial performance management of our Global Inventory. - • The Product & Supply Chain FP&A team is dedicated to empowering leadership with the insights necessary to navigate past performance, understand evolving business trends, and accurately forecast future financial outcomes. Through meticulous review of historical financials, in-depth variance analysis, and diligent KPI tracking, the team serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on key trends and financial management strategies.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass developing and refining financial models to forecast inventory levels, costs, and potential risks. You will conduct comprehensive analysis of inventory turnover, carrying costs, obsolescence, and other critical metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- • You will partner with the Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop robust inventory planning processes. This includes contributing to demand forecasting accuracy, optimizing stock levels across various channels and regions, and ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational execution.
- • You will be responsible for preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key inventory performance metrics, risks, and opportunities. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely will be essential.
- • You will play a significant role in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, specifically focusing on inventory-related expenses, investments, and their impact on the overall financial plan.
- • Proactively identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities related to inventory, providing recommendations for mitigation and value creation.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems, particularly those related to inventory management and reporting, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or professional designation (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a strong asset.
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a significant portion focused on inventory management, supply chain finance, or cost accounting within a retail, apparel, or consumer goods environment.
- • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques, with a proven ability to build complex models from scratch and maintain them effectively.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable business insights. Experience with inventory valuation methods and their financial implications is highly desirable.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly and persuasively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
