Manager, Genetic Quality Assurance and Product Quality (Genomic Variant Interpretation)

📋 Description

• • This role is critical to ensuring the scientific accuracy and reliability of genomic variant interpretation data that powers clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical research at Genomenon, directly impacting patient outcomes and therapeutic development.
• • Day to day, the Manager will serve as the final scientific authority for complex variant classifications, apply ACMG/AMP guidelines, oversee QA/QC standards, mentor a team of scientists, improve SOPs and workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to enhance data quality and scalability.
