  • • As a Manager, Global Growth, Lifecycle at Airwallex, you will lead the evolution of customer engagement strategy by designing and optimizing lifecycle journeys in high-impact regions to drive measurable gains in conversion, activation, and retention, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the global payments and financial platform of the future.
  • • You will execute a unified global lifecycle strategy by partnering with regional stakeholders to scale initiatives into consistent, long-term growth drivers, leveraging Airwallex’s unique position as a unified payments and financial platform serving over 200,000 businesses worldwide.
  • • Day to day, you will lead the design of end-to-end lifecycle engagement journeys in collaboration with Self-Serve Leads, ensuring global frameworks are adapted to local market nuances while maintaining strategic alignment across regions.
  • • You will own the strategy and operational health of key digital channels—email, push, and in-app messaging—optimizing them for personalized, high-impact engagement that supports consistent growth across managed regions.
  • • You will drive end-to-end campaign execution by transforming high-level lifecycle strategies into high-performing programs, leading development and optimization of initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in conversion, activation, and long-term retention.
  • • You will take full ownership of end-to-end growth metrics within your regions, conducting deep-dive quantitative analysis to identify high-impact experimentation opportunities and ensuring data-driven decision-making at every customer touchpoint.
  • • You will initiate and lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, testing innovative tactics to uncover local growth levers and successfully scale proven pilots into global frameworks.
  • • You will champion a customer-first messaging philosophy, creating personalized and compelling content that reduces friction throughout the customer lifecycle and enhances user experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience leading growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, or equivalent experience at a top-tier strategy/management consulting firm
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and behavioral data, identify trends, and develop data-backed recommendations
  • • Hands-on experience designing and executing lifecycle/CRM programs that drive customer conversion, activation, and retention
  • • Proven experience running A/B tests and applying structured experimentation to improve performance
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • • Clear and structured communication skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners
