- • Lead and mentor a small team of graphic designers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development planning to foster growth and excellence.
- • Own and evolve the graphic design vision across key initiatives including campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, high-quality, and strategically aligned.
- • Set and uphold clear design standards, principles, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all visual deliverables.
- • Contribute hands-on design work across major initiatives and high-impact creative needs, serving as a player-coach in a fast-paced environment.
- • Partner with the Creative Director to translate brand and business goals into compelling visual systems and executions that drive engagement.
- • Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Operations, and Marketing partners to deliver integrated, cross-functional creative solutions.
- • Lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations, clearly articulating design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to internal teams.
- • Work with the Creative Operations Manager and Creative Director to scope work, manage priorities, and optimize workflows for scale and efficiency.
- • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI and creative technology trends, championing tools and workflows that enhance design quality, speed, and collaboration.
- • Maintain expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity digital and brand design assets.
- • Demonstrate exceptional visual design fundamentals with a refined eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, agile environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Partner with marketing teams across campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events to deliver timely and effective creative assets.
- • Foster a culture of operational excellence, thoughtful prioritization, and continuous improvement across the design team.
- • Maintain a proactive mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and adaptability to evolving business needs and creative demands.
- • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking and incorporating feedback to refine design processes and team performance.
- • Champion the adoption of emerging creative technologies, including AI-driven design tools, to elevate output and streamline workflows.
- • Ensure all design work supports LTK’s three-sided marketplace connecting consumers, creators, and brands with cohesive, compelling visuals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design, with at least 3+ years in a people-management role
- • Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, craft, and storytelling across digital, social, and brand experiences
- • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; some experience with HTML5 and/or CSS is a plus
- • Experience partnering with marketing teams across campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events
- • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence through collaboration and diplomacy
- • Passionate about developing and mentoring design talent
