- • Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market narrative for JioStar’s marquee Sports portfolio (IPL, Pro-Kabaddi, FIFA, Wimbledon, etc.) across both JioHotstar (digital) and Star Sports (TV). You will translate complex data into crisp, advertiser-centric stories that prove why live sport is the most effective vehicle for brand fame, reach, and long-term equity.
- • Evangelize JioHotstar and Sports as high-impact strategic platforms for brand building and long-term equity creation. You will represent the voice of the advertiser in internal forums, ensuring that every pricing decision, product feature, and marketing message ladders up to a compelling value proposition.
- • Create persuasive pitch decks, one-pagers, category playbooks, and bespoke engagement materials grounded in category insights, viewership analytics, and econometric modelling. Your decks will be used by 200+ sales reps to open doors with CMOs at FMCG giants, auto majors, fintech disruptors, and D2C start-ups.
- • Develop solution-specific, category-specific narratives that weave together platform capabilities (targeted reach, shoppable video, second-screen interactivity, co-viewing data) with client objectives (awareness, consideration, app installs, offline sales lift). Expect to build 25+ verticalized stories per quarter.
- • Build competitive narratives that clearly differentiate JioStar against YouTube, Meta, Amazon Prime Video, and emerging Retail Media Networks. You will own the battle-cards, objection-handling sheets, and ROI calculators that help our sales teams win RFPs worth INR 500 Cr+ annually.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads—Viewership Insights (BARC + first-party data), Pricing & Yield, Product Marketing, Creative Design, and Revenue Operations—to translate raw numbers into emotionally resonant stories. You will run weekly war-rooms to refine narratives based on real-time campaign performance and market feedback.
- • Lead pricing-revenue strategy deep-dives: model the elasticity of CPMs across reach packages, sponsorship pods, branded content, and interactive ad formats; stress-test scenarios for marquee events (e.g., IPL finals) to maximize yield while protecting advertiser ROI.
- • Act as the “bridge” between the Sports content team and the ad-sales frontline. You will package never-before-seen content angles—player anecdotes, behind-the-scenes footage, regional language feeds—into sellable assets that command premium pricing.
- • Present to senior stakeholders (VP-Sales, CRO, CMO clients) in high-stakes forums; distill 50-slide analyses into 3 killer insights that move the needle on a 9-figure deal.
- • Continuously scan the global sports-media landscape, distilling best practices from Disney+, NBCU, DAZN, and Tencent Sports; pilot new storytelling formats (AR filters, shoppable highlights, NFT ticketing) that keep JioStar two steps ahead of the curve.
