- • The Manager, HR Operations North America leads and evolves HR operational excellence across the United States and Canada, ensuring consistent and compliant delivery of HR services while aligning regional processes with global HR strategies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of employee documentation, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and payroll inputs, managing employee terminations and exit processes in compliance with local labor laws, and providing guidance to managers on disciplinary procedures.
- • The role involves leading and developing the HR Operations team in North America, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture, identifying process optimization opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, and supporting HR technology rollouts and digitization initiatives.
- • The Manager acts as the main point of contact for HR-related operational matters in North America, liaising with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams, while preparing and analyzing HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and supporting HR Leadership and internal stakeholders.
- • The position offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, contribute to global and local HR projects, lead regional change initiatives, and develop expertise in HR operations within a dynamic, innovative, and values-driven global organization that emphasizes courage, accountability, honesty, inclusivity, and elevating others.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a business school or university.
- • Previous experience as an HR Administrator, Generalist, Business Partner, or Recruiting Specialist in an international setting.
- • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- • Solid understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and HR best practices.
- • Experience managing and developing teams.
- • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
