  • • Own the end-to-end delivery of HR Services across South Asia, steering a high-performing team of HR Services Managers and Advisors who support 1,500+ global clients across 170 countries. You will be the single point of accountability for service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction in the region.
  • • Architect and execute regional strategy that aligns with Safeguard Global’s “Work in Any Way” philosophy—leveraging remote-first, hybrid, and flexible models to attract and retain top talent while ensuring 24/7 service coverage for clients operating in multiple time zones.
  • • Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional employment legislation into practical, commercially sound advice that protects clients from risk and enables rapid market entry. You will serve as the definitive regional authority on labor law, statutory benefits, health & safety, immigration, and employee relations.
  • • Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, cut cycle times, and elevate the client experience. Identify bottlenecks in ticket management, onboarding, off-boarding, and query resolution; then deploy technology, SLAs, and KPIs to eliminate them.
  • • Build and nurture a culture of coaching and development within your team. Conduct weekly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews, and targeted capability sessions that prepare team members for expanded responsibilities and future leadership roles.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Payroll, Legal, Compensation & Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery. Translate pre-sales promises into executable service plans and provide real-time feedback loops that refine product offerings.
  • • Own the regional P&L for HR Services, ensuring budget adherence, accurate forecasting, and cost optimization without compromising service quality. Present monthly financial and operational dashboards to the GEO Operations leadership team.
  • • Serve as the escalation point for high-risk employee relations cases—terminations, redundancies, disciplinary hearings, and tribunal claims—applying sound judgment, empathy, and commercial acumen to achieve fair and compliant outcomes.
  • • Champion Safeguard Global’s company values—Integrity, People First, Curiosity, and Agility—in every client interaction, team meeting, and strategic decision. Model inclusive leadership that celebrates diversity and fosters psychological safety.
  • • Lead internal and external audits (technology, process, compliance) with zero non-conformities. Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that satisfy ISO, SOC, and local statutory requirements.
  • • Curate and disseminate knowledge assets—FAQs, policy templates, legislative trackers, and training decks—that empower clients and internal stakeholders to self-serve and stay compliant.
  • • Spearhead crisis management protocols for regional disruptions (political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics) ensuring business continuity, employee safety, and uninterrupted client service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; Master’s in HRM or MBA preferred, plus CIPD or SHRM certification.
  • • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR operations or HR services delivery, ideally within a multi-country, remote-first environment.
  • • Deep, current knowledge of South Asian labor legislation and the ability to apply it pragmatically to mitigate commercial risk.
  • • Demonstrated success in managing KPI-driven teams, optimizing SLAs, and implementing process automation or HRIS enhancements.
  • • Proven track record of advising on complex employee relations issues and managing high-stakes escalations to resolution.
