  • • This role is based in Mumbai and operates within a remote-first framework, requiring periodic in-office presence for key meetings and team cadences.
  • • As a Manager - HRBP, you will be a pivotal strategic partner to Engineering and Product people managers. Your primary focus will be to support organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness. You will be instrumental in implementing and tailoring people initiatives to the specific needs of various teams, acting as a trusted advisor to managers to foster team growth, enhance engagement, and ensure high retention rates.
  • • You will excel at dissecting complex challenges using a systematic, first-principles approach. Your ability to collaborate deeply, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results will be crucial. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address the evolving needs of our fast-paced technology organization.
  • • Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic thought partner, providing guidance on team effectiveness, talent planning, and organizational growth, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching vision. You will anticipate future challenges and design proactive, data-informed strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • • You will be responsible for localizing and executing cohort-level strategies such as performance calibration, workforce planning, and organizational design changes. Empowering business teams with structured frameworks to systematically and independently address people-related challenges is a core aspect of this role.
  • • In talent and performance management, you will partner with your manager and lead the performance management process for your assigned teams, including PEP, talent reviews, and promotion calibration. Ensuring process awareness and alignment with business performance is critical. You will provide developmental feedback to managers and individual contributors to enhance their effectiveness and coach them towards realizing their full potential.
  • • You will analyze and interpret data related to attrition, time-off usage, eNPS, and other key indicators. These insights will be used to influence actions and shape team-level interventions. Driving prioritization and planning conversations, taking accountability for the outcomes of key people initiatives, and constructively resolving misalignment or disagreements are essential functions.
  • • Providing high-touch coaching to individual contributors, leads, and senior leads will be a significant part of your role. You will guide managers through critical conversations, development planning, and employee lifecycle events.
  • • Championing engagement initiatives through focus groups, surveys, and team check-ins will be key. You will also design and lead retention strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • • You will work closely with TMOD, Total Rewards, and other COEs to ensure programs align with the evolving needs of the Product and Engineering functions, including areas like career frameworks and internal mobility.
  • • You will manage sensitive employee relations matters and investigations with the utmost discretion, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain team trust and preserve our company culture.
  • • Supporting talent acquisition by participating in interviews for levels L1-L7 will help ensure we attract and retain the highest quality talent within our Engineering and Product teams.
