• • The Manager Implementation role at Premier Inc. is critical to ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of Stanson’s AI-driven healthcare products, directly impacting client satisfaction and operational efficiency in health systems.
• • Day to day, the Implementation Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers during product installation, manages multiple concurrent implementations, troubleshoots technical issues, provides ongoing support and maintenance for existing clients, and collaborates internally to improve implementation processes and support product development.
